A polyhedral dice set and a pack of card sleeves are not interchangeable. One resolves an RPG action. The other protects a constructed TCG or LCG deck. The split is below. Local shops sit on a later directory if you want a table tonight. See the shop list.

Polyhedral dice set
D&D’s free Basic Rules say the game uses polyhedral dice with different numbers of sides, written as d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, and d20, and that you can find dice like these in game stores. Uncertain actions resolve with a d20. D&D Basic Rules, Introduction · Game Dice.
That is an RPG dice tray, not a card sleeve. Sleeves do not roll a check.
Card sleeves
Magic Tournament Rules §3.11 say players may use plastic card sleeves; if they do, all sleeves must be identical and every card in the deck must be sleeved the same way. Opaque sleeves are required for double-faced cards. WPN rules documents · MTR 3.11 Sleeves.
Play! Pokémon’s TCG Tournament Handbook §2.2 adds that tournament sleeves must enclose the whole card, match in color, design, size, and texture, keep a solid-color edge, and that opaque backs are strongly recommended. Play! Pokémon TCG Tournament Handbook (PDF) · Play! Pokémon documents.

Confirm on the shop page
- Sleeves are optional in Magic’s wording (“players may use”). Pokémon strongly recommends opaque backs because unsleeved or clear-sleeved cards can show marks. Optional is not “buy this SKU.”
- A playmat is a card-play surface. Tournament rules do not make it a starter requirement. That it belongs after you already have a sleeved deck and a table.
- A deck box is storage for a sleeved deck. It does not belong in an RPG dice tray. .

Kit to try, not our counter
If you already know the table, open the matching kit. If you do not, the starter cluster is dice plus sleeves and nothing else. Buy at a cited shop when you can.
