Sleeve and playmat sizes follow the card, not a store-brand nickname. Cite a manufacturer size chart when you buy.

Dragon Shield and Ultra Pro publish size charts on their own sites. Use those pages, not a remembered millimeter. Playmats are sold to the same standard rectangle; an RPG dice tray is a different object. See Dice vs sleeves.
