Quiz
Dice, sleeves, or a mat
Five questions from the D&D Basic Rules and tournament sleeve paragraphs. Pack the object the table uses. Local shops are a later directory.
A seven-die set rolls a check. Sleeves keep a constructed deck identical. A playmat is the rectangle the cards sit on. If you are packing D&D, start with the set. If you are packing a Pokémon or Magic event, start with identical sleeves. Opaque sleeves are required for double-faced Magic cards under MTR §3.11. Play! Pokémon wants the whole card enclosed, matching color, design, size, and texture.
A dice tray is a fourth object people mix in. The Basic Rules do not require it. Tournament sleeve rules do not require it. Bring one if the table is crowded.
Check your answers, then open Gear if you still need a set or sleeves. The shop directory is for a table tonight, not for naming the object. Opaque backs are strongly recommended in the Play! Pokémon handbook. Magic requires opaque sleeves for double-faced cards. A kitchen-table game can still use the same objects. It does not have to.
The longer lecture is Compare. Gear cards live on Shop.
